Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of receiving order. (Exceptions apply for in store purchases)

1. Please email supreme@flash.net to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned/exchanged item to:

         Grand Prairie, TX 75050

3. Include in your package the packing slip.

 

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange UNLESS the reason for product alteration is the cause of a  manufacturer defect.

 

Exchanges

Items can be exchange for a different size, color or item but exchanges must be made within 30 days after receiving purchase.
